Abstract/Citation: Amends regulation 2(1) concerning the definition of "essential service", regulation 3(4) concerning rest time between shifts, regulations 9(4) concerning payment in lieu of leave entitlement as well as regulations 11(1) and 22(1). It also adds a new section 9(8) concerning calculation of annual holidays and 24(3) concerning compensation payable to part-time workers and repeals regulation 3(1)(a), 6(3) and 7.
