Includes provisions on the jurisdiction of the court (Part II), enforcement of judgements (Part III), administrative provisions (Part IV), regional judicial and legal services commission (Part V), privileges and immunities (Part VI), as well as the text of the Agreement Establishing the Caribbean Court of Justice (First Schedule) and Articles of the Protocol on the Privileges and Immunities of the Caribbean Court of Justice and the Regional Judicial and Legal Services Commission having the force of law in Dominica (Second Schedule).
