Abstract/Citation
Inserts new section 33A concerning right to information and section 33B concerning candidates furnishing information. A new Chapter VIIA concerning Declaration of Assets and Liabilities is also inserted as is a new section 125A concerning penalties for filing a false affidavit. Also amends section 169 of the Act. Repeals the Representation of the People (Amendment) Ordinance, 2002 (Ord. 4 of 2002).
