| Abstract/Citation: | Makes a number of amendments to the principal Act including to the long title of the Act, sections 2, 4, 5, 6C, 17 and substitution of new sections for 6A and 6B concerning employees' pension scheme. Schedule III has also been replaced with a new Schedule concerning matters in which provisions may be made for the pension scheme. Repeals the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions (Amendment) Ordinance, 1996 (Ord. 24 of 1996.) |
