Abstract/Citation: Amends the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act by repealing the previous mitigation planning provisions (Section 409) and replacing them with a new set of requirements (Section 322). This new section emphasizes the need for State, Tribal, and local entities to closely coordinate mitigation planning and implementation efforts.
