| Abstract/Citation: | Replaces section 1(14) of the Civil Procedure Code concerning definition of the "executing officer". Adds a new para. 4 and 5 to section 278 concerning the performance of duties and fees of executing officers. Replaces section 285(1) and (2), section 286(1) and (2), section 290 and adds a new section 309 Ter to the Code. Table 5 of the Code is also replaced. |
