| Abstract/Citation: | Prohibits all forms of direct or indirect discrimination against persons with disabilities as regards employment, selection criteria, promotion, vocational guidance and training, working conditions, including pay and termination of employment, as well as membership and participation in professional organizations. Establishes the liability of legal persons and of the executive personnel of legal persons for instances of discrimination which occur with the consent, collaboration or acceptance of the latter. Provides for the right of recourse to judicial and administrative remedies. |
