| Abstract/Citation: | Stipulates the maximum permissible working hours, including hours of work at night and the minimum required periods of rest for persons involved in road transport activities, such as transport of persons and goods, driving, loading and unloading, equipment maintenance, etc. Endows law enforcement officers with the right to inspect premises, vehicles and documents and spells out penalties in the event of infringement. |
