| Abstract/Citation: | Inter alia, section 4 limits certain rights of the inmate, i.e. right to strike, freedom of assembly. Section 39(e) gives an obligation to work with certain exceptions. Section 42 regulates the the detachment of prisoners for work. Section 45 provides for remuneration for work. |
