| Abstract/Citation: | Amends Regulation No. 32/1994 by allowing a foreigner to change their status from visitor to temporary resident on request. In addition, temporary residents can change their status to permanent residency on condition that they have stayed in Indonesia for two consecutive years from the date of their temporary stay permit. |
