Abstract/Citation: Sets out the minimum requirements for the protection of the employees exposed to noise in order to reduce the risk of damaging the workers' hearing. The employer has the obligation to assess and ,if necessary, to detect the level of the noise to which the workers are exposed.
The ordinance stipulates the methods that shall be used to detect the level of noise. If the assessment indicates risks to the workers' health, the employer shall provide health control and medical examination (art. 13).
