| Abstract/Citation: | Provides for the protection of workers against environmental and occupational risks in the workplace. Chapter Three deals with environmental requirements related to the establishment such as location, area, building materials, floors, heights and ceilings. Chapter Four deals with environmental standards concerning activities undertaken in the workplace with respect to ventilation, heat stress, lighting, noise and vibration. Chapter Five deals with general conditions such as employers' responsibilities, competent authority and offences. |
