Abstract/Citation: Inserts a new section after section 7 of the Regulations. Section 7A provides that contracts of service of recruited workers are subject to a probationary period of six months and that the worker shall not engage in any work other than work for which he is recruited. It also amends sections 11, 15 and 16 of the Regulations. Section 11 provides that when determining whether the terms of the contract provide adequate protection for the welfare of the worker, the magistrate is to take into consideration whether the terms of the contract take into account decent accommodation.
