Abstract/Citation: Amends article 113, par. 2 of the Labour Code. In cases of additional labour contracts, the maximum duration of the working week (including the working hours related to the principal labour contract) shall be :
1.) not more than 40 working hours per week for employees and workers less than 18 years old;
2.) for other categories the working week can be more than 40 hours only by agreement of the worker/employee if it does not interfere with the minimum daily and weekly break set forth by the Labour Code.
