Abstract/Citation: Provides for the principles, procedure and criteria of the medical certification of temporary and long-term disability to work. Sets forth a list of occupational diseases. Enumarates the institutions which are competent to make the relevent evaluationdepending on the kind of the disability or occupational disease. It also provides the conditions for certification in case of labour accident, abortion, occupational disease etc.
The Decree repeals the Ordinance on the certification of labour incapability approved with Decree No. 133/2000.
