Implements Art. 78(4) of Act No. 13 of 2003. Provides that overtime can only be executed for a maximum of three hours in one day and fourteen hours in one week. Repeals Decision No. Kep.72/MEN/1984, Decision No. Kep.608/MEN/1989 and Regulation No. PER-06/MEN/1993.
