| Abstract/Citation: | Employers of foreign workers are to pay a sum of money for expertise and skills development in the form of non-tax State income in order to gain permission to employ migrant workers. Exemptions from this rule include government agencies, representatives of foreign countries, international bodies/organisations, social institutions, religious institutions and certain occupations in educational institutions. |
