Abstract/Citation: Provides for the regulation of safety, health and welfare of persons at work. Gives effect to Council Directive 89/391/EEC of 12 June 1989 and Council Directive 91/383/EEC of 25 June 1991. Also provides additional fuctions for the National Authority for Occupational Safety and Health and renames it the Health And Safety Authority. This Act repeals the Safety, Health and Welfare and Work Act, 1989.
