| Abstract/Citation: | Provides that any person over the age of sixteen years, who has the custody, charge, or care of any child, who wilfully assaults, ill-treats, neglects, abandons, or exposes a child shall be guilty of a misdemeanour under the Act. It also provides offences for certain acts to do with the prostitution of a child. |
