Abstract/Citation: Regulates the establishment of tripartite committees to investigate termination of contracts for an unlimited period of time due to economical and technical reasons. Their task shall be to verify that the correct procedure has been followed, to follow up on the reemployment of the workers and to ensure that workers' rights have been respected. Also regulates the powers of the committee.
