Abstract/Citation: Provides that employers must ensure that workers undergo a medical examination before starting a job to ensure that they are physically able to do the work required. They may also establish periodic examinations. The results are to be kept in a special medical file for each worker. The employer is also obliged to inform the worker of the risks associated with the job. The regulation also provides for the establishment of medical services in all enterprises.
