| Abstract/Citation: | Establishes the position, duties, functions and composition of the tripartite Council of Economic and Social Partnership. The Council is, inter alia, to negotiate issues of social and economic development, the draft State budget and draft labour laws. In addition to the State representatives, there is to be an equal number of representatives of employers and workers in the Council. |
