Abstract/Citation: Regulates the provision of sanitary facilities and facilities for safekeeping as well as changing rooms and dining rooms. Smoking, drinking and eating is to be prohibited in certain workplaces where there may be a risk in doing so. Employers are to make drinking water available as well as seats for workers where practible. It also provides that workplaces are to be kept clean, hygenic and safe. Finally, it provides for offences and penalties.
