This Act repeals ss. 13, 18 and the titles preceding ss. 20 and 56 of the principal Act. It amends ss. 4 (benefit will not be given to a person participating in a training course), 11 (benefit for a maximum of five days per week), 14 (benefit for a maximum of 300 days, or 450 days for a person who reaches the age of 55 before the end of the benefit period), 15 (benefits if unemployment has ceased and new unemployment starts before the period of 300 days has expired), 16 (benefits when a twelve-month period has elapsed since the benefit last obtained), 17, 20(1), 21 (amount of daily allowance), 30 (forfeiture of entitlement to benefit), 45, 54, 56, 57 and 61 (administrative regulations). A new title ("The length of benefit period") is inserted before s. 13.
