Abstract/Citation: Provides for approval and implementation of Free Trade Agreement between the United States and Australia. Purposes of Act include to strengthen and develop economic relations between the United States and Australia, and to establish free trade between the two countries through the elimination of barriers to trade in goods, services and investments. Comprises 3 parts. Part 1 contains general provisions relating to the agreement. Part 2 sets forth customs provisions. Part 3 contains provisions regarding relief from imports.
