| Abstract/Citation: | Establishes compensation to be paid to workers injured at the workplace. Sets forth inter alia, the amount of compensation in case of death, permanent incapacity, or injury of a worker. Deals with compensation for occupational diseases and provides for medical examinations in the event of accidents. Application of the Ordinance extended to seamen employed on Tuvalu ships. |
