| Abstract/Citation: | An Ordinance to regulate trade unions, divided into 3 parts. Part I contains the preliminary provisions. Part II concerns the registration of trade unions and provides that they may not be deemed unlawful by virtue of being in restraint of trade. Part III deals with freedom of association, the role of trade unions in trade disputes and provides trade unions and their members with protection from civil actions such as actions of tort. |
