Abstract/Citation: Regulations to implement in Great Britain Directive 2002/14/EC establishing a general framework for informing and consulting employees in the European Community. Provides that employers must inform and consult with their workplace concerning matters such as the establishment's activities and economic situation and carry out consultations regarding changes in the workplace that may lead to changes in work organisation.
