Abstract/Citation: In Act No. 1422 of 2004: words "disabled or severely sick" in title are replaced by "dying, disabled or severely sick"; also amends ss. 2 and 3(1); inserts a new s. 1a (right to leave to care for terminally ill person).
In Act No. 708 of 2004: inserts a new s. 104(2) (employer's right to compensation).
