Part 2 (s. 3-10) establishes National Council for Persons with Disabilities. Part 3 (s. 11-28) regulates rights and privileges of persons with disabilities. Part 4 (s. 29-30) makes provision for civic rights. Part 5 (s. 32-34) establishes National Development Fund for Persons with Disabilities. Part 6 (s. 35-37) provides for relief and incentives. Part 7 (s. 38-44) contains miscellaneous provisions; Part 8 (s. 45-49) penal provisions. |
