Abstract/Citation: Provides for consequential matters on enactment of Workplace Relations Amendment (Registration and Accountability of Organisations) Act 2002. Contains transitional provisions regarding registered organisations, rules of organisation, membership of organisations, democratic control, records and accounts, as well as related matters. Also amends Workplace Relations Act 1996, Disability Discrimination Act 1992, Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Act 1999, as well as a number of other acts.
