Amends Industrial Relations Act 1979, Workplace Agreements Act 1993, and Minimum Conditions of Employment Act 1993. Inter alia provides for employer-employee agreements, awards, industrial agreements and good faith bargaining, unfair dismissal, right entry and record keeping, weekly rates of pay and other conditions of employment, and several related matters.
