Abstract/Citation: Provides for approval and implementation of Free Trade Agreement between the United States and Morocco. Purposes of act include to strengthen and develop economic relations between the United States and Morocco, and to establish free trade between the two countries through the reduction and elimination of barriers to trade in goods, services and investments. Comprises 3 parts. Part 1 contains general provisions relating to agreement. Part 2 sets forth customs provisions. Part 3 contains provisions regarding relief from imports. A petition requesting relief action may be filed by an entity, including a trade association, firm, certified or recognized union, or group of workers that is representative of an industry.
