Abstract/Citation: Deals with various aspects of labour relations. Comprises 7 parts. Part 1 (s. 1-21) regulates trade union recognition. Part 2 (s. 22-28) deals with industrial action. Part 3 (s. 29-43) provides for rights of trade union members, workers and employees. Part 4 (s. 44-47) makes provision for enforcement of minimum wage legislation. Part 5 (s. 48-51) deals with certification officer. Part 6 (s. 52-55) and Part 7 (s. 56-59) contain supplementary provisions. Amends Employment Relations Act 1999, Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992, Employment Tribunals Act 1996, Employment Rights Act 1996, and National Minimum Wage Act 1998.
