| Abstract/Citation: | Aims at ensuring the implementation of human rights laid down in the Constitution and at prohibiting any direct or indirect discrimination based upon age, sexual orientation, disability, racial or ethnic origin, religion or beliefs. Also aims at ensuring the application of the legal acts of the European Union. Article 5 deals with duty of employer to implement equal treatment at work and article 7 with acts of employer violating equal treatment. |
