Abstract/Citation: Provides for protection of health and safety of workers against risks arising or likely to arise from exposure to biological agents at work. Comprises 6 parts. Part 1 (s. 1-4) contains introductory provisions; Part 2 (s. 5-9) general provisions. Part 3 (s. 10-17) provides for measures to protect safety and health of workers. Part 4 (s. 18-19) makes provision for training, information and cooperation. Part 5 (s. 20-21) regulates requirements for register and notification. Part 6 (s. 22-24) contains provisions regarding containment measures and classified biological agents.
