Regulates the relationship between Norway and the United States in the field of social security. Contains six parts: Part I (Definitions and Laws), Part II (General Provisions), Part III (Provisions on Coverage), Part IV (Provisions on Benefits), Part V (Miscellaneous Provisions) and Part VI (Transitional and Final Provisions). The Administrative Agreement contains four chapters: Ch. 1 (General Povisions), Ch. 2 (Provisions on Coverage), Ch. 3 (Provisions on Benefits) and Ch. 4 (Miscellaneous Provisions).
