Abstract/Citation: | The Revised Edition 2019 includes all amendments of the Act up to 30 November 2019 and replaces the original 2004 test. The Act provides for the establishment of the Labour, Economic and Social Council, the Commission for Mediation and Arbitration, the Essential Services Committee, wage boards, labour administration and inspection, and the Labour Court.
