Abstract/Citation: Makes provision for establishment, functions and powers of Families Commission. Main function of Commission is to act as advocate for the interests of families in general. This includes to enourage and facilitate informed debate on matters relating to interests of families, and to increase public awareness and promote better understanding of matters relating to interests of families.
