Abstract/Citation: Amends Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (General Application) Regulations 1993. Stengthens existing provisions regarding general duties of employer, amends provisions dealing with protective and preventive services concerning competency, and introduces requirements for provision of measures relating to fire-fighting.
