||Regulates entitlement to maternity leave and benefit. Employee on maternity leave shall be entitled to full wage during first thirteen weeks of such leave, with fourteenth week being unpaid. Also provides for prohibition of exposure to certain agents or working conditions, ante-natal examinations, taking of leave during fixed-term contracts, rights during maternity leave, and prohibition of dismissal.
