Abstract/Citation: Made under Maritime Transport Security Act 2003. Amends Maritime Transport Security Regulations 2003. Inter alia provides for land-side restricted zones, duties of port operator, access not to be denied into maritime security zone, goods, vehicles and vessels that need not be screened, and persons authorised to carry weapons or prohibited items in maritime security zone.
