Abstract/Citation: | Comprehensive legislation governing settlement of labour disputes. Part 1 contains general provisions. Law applies to disputes resulting from differences in views between employer or group of employers and (an) employee(s) or labour union over rights, interests, and lay-off, as well as to disputes among labour unions in one company. Establishes that any labour dispute shall first be settled through bipartite negotiations to reach an agreement. Part 2 regulates procedure for settling labour disputes. Contains provisions on settlement of disputes through bipartite negotiations, and on settlement of disputes through mediation. |
