Abstract/Citation: Decree issued under s. 38 of the Labour Code to govern work performed at the workplace or at home by women, partially disabled persons, retired persons and other categories. Part-time work shall be at least three hours per day, or three days per week; rest periods shall not be included in working hours, except for nursing mothers. The hourly wage may not be lower than the minimum wage. Available in English.
