Abstract/Citation: Decree issued under s. 115 of the Labour Code. It sets forth a range of occupational safety and health standards which are to be adopted where applicable in various sectors of activity in accordance with their special features. The five Chapters are entitled as follows: 1. General provisions; 2. Duties and responsibilities of the administration (establishment of competent services, information, training, guidance, etc.); 3. Standards and principal rules on prevention and occupational safety techniques in production centres (hygiene, protective measures, installations, automation, etc.); 4. Individual safety and protective equipment; 5. Final provisions.
