Abstract/Citation: Deal with various aspects of activities of employment agencies. Divided into 7 parts. Part 1 (s. 1-4) contains general provisions. Part 2 (s. 5-12) sets forth general obligations of employment agencies. Provides for restrictions on requiring work-seekers to use additional services, restrictions on detrimental action relating to work-seekers working elsewhere, restrictions on providing work-seekers in industrial disputes, restrictions on paying work-seekers' remuneration as well as some additional restrictions. Part 3 (s. 13-17) sets forth requirement to be satisfied before services are provided. Part 4 (s. 18-22) provides for requirements to be satisfied in relation to introduction or supply of work-seeker to a hirer. Part 5 (s. 23-24) deals with special situations. Part 6 (s. 25-26) regulates client accounts and charges to work-seekers. Part 7 (s. 27-29) contains miscellaneous provisions.
