| Abstract/Citation: | Made under Race Relations Act 1976. Provides for establishment of Race Equality Scheme under section 71(1) of the Act. Also makes provision for monitoring, by reference to the racial groups to which they belong, of teaching staff from each such group at all maintained schools. Finally, provides for monitoring by employers of staff and applicants by reference to the racial groups to which they belong. |
