Abstract/Citation: Amends a number of provisions covering, i.a., ss. 4i(2) and (3) (professional rehabilitation benefit), 4j (supplement to rehabilitation benefit and invalidity pension), 4k (payment of rehabilitation benefit), and 8b(1) (refusal or reduction of invalidity pension); amends temporarily ss. 4(6), 4h(1) point 2, and 19e; adds new ss. 18(5) (reimbursement of benefits paid without due cause), 19(3) (prescription of duty to reimburse), 19b(9) (prescription of right to benefits), and 19f (serving of decisions).
