Abstract/Citation: Amend Employment Equality (Religion or Belief) Regulations 2003. Establishes that prohibition set forth in section 20 of these regulations (refusing or deliberately not accepting an application or admission) shall not apply to certain specified institutions in so far as it is necessary for an institution to give preference in its admissions to persons of a particular religion or belief in order to preserve its religious ethos.
