Abstract/Citation: Adds several products, such as cement, break-pads, and glue which contain asbestos, to the products covered by the Implementation Order (Cabinet Order No. 318 of 1972). The newly added products must not contain asbestos amounts of more than one percent of the weight of the product itself.
